If you require me to shop for materials for you, we will charge the time at hourly rates.
I operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy – cancellations given less than 24 hours in advance will incur a one hour charge. Ideally, I like to avoid this so I can prioritise other jobs in the area. If you need to cancel, please let me know ASAP.
Yes, I will arrive with the set of tools to complete the agreed job.
If the job will take less than 1 hour then the minimum charge of 1 hour will apply.
